Job Description
Due to continued growth, we are looking to add a Group Sales Consultant to our Fareteam Groups Team.
Job Purpose:
From enquiry to quote to ticketing, you will play a vital role handling airline group requests from our extensive customer base in the UK & Ireland. Customer service is as at heart of what we do, and you will be required to deliver a high standard throughout the booking process. Whether it is 10 or 100 passengers, we strive to be as competitive and efficient as possible on all group bookings.
Skills & Experience
To succeed in this role, we require:
- At least 2 years GDS experience, Galileo & Amadeus preferable.
- Ticketing experience whilst not essential would be an advantage.
- Knowledge of airline group booking portals would be desirable.
- Ability to negotiate with airlines to obtain the best routings and competitive fares.
- High standards of customer service.
- An understanding of Airline Group contracts.
- Experience working within tight deadlines and ability to prioritise workflow.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Queues for schedule changes / flight disruption.
- High attention to detail.
- Back-office system experience.
Additionally, applicants must have excellent communication and organisational skills, and working knowledge of standard IT packages is also essential.

This is a remote working position.
Working hours are Monday to Fri 0900 – 1730.
Salary negotiable based on experience.
