Due to continued growth, we are looking to add a Group Sales Consultant to our Fareteam Groups Team.
Customer service is as at heart of what we do, and you will be required to deliver our high standards throughout the booking process.
From enquiry to ticketing, you will play a vital role handling airline group requests from our extensive customer base in the UK & Ireland.
Whether it is 10 or 100 passengers we strive to be as competitive and efficient as possible on all group bookings.
To succeed in this role, we require:
- At least 2 years GDS experience, Galileo, and/or Amadeus preferable.
- Ticketing experience whilst not essential would be an advantage.
- Working knowledge of airline group booking portals.
- High standards of customer service.
- An understanding of Airline Group contracts.
- Experience working within tight deadlines and prioritising workflow.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail.
Additionally, applicants must have excellent communication and organisational skills, and working knowledge of standard IT packages is also essential.

This is a remote working position.
Working hours are Monday to Fri 0900 – 1730.
