Aidan Coghlan

Group Managing Director

Aidan Coghlan

Aidan has overall responsibility across our company brands and business channels. His skills and expertise lie with technology, innovation, and strategic thinking. Aidan is passionate about workforce satisfaction and having the best culture and strategy for our company and our people. He has a keen interest in best-in-class customer-focussed technology, corporate governance, and driving our growth and expansion through new business wins, product development, and acquisitions. Prior to joining us in 2010, Aidan was the Finance Director of Club Travel before becoming Group CEO of USIT Ireland. He is a qualified Accountant (FCCA) and KPMG trained. Aidan holds an IoD Diploma in Company Direction, a Mini MBA from Queen’s University Belfast, and completed Leading with Business Analytics from Trinity Business School

Keith Graham

Selective Managing Director

Keith Graham

Keith has responsibility for our corporate division. He is challenged with growing and organising the business through leadership, structure, and innovation. Keith is passionate about the Selective brand, is hands-on and possesses the energy to drive his people through teamwork and people management. His strengths lie with sales, account management, operations, contract negotiation, and technology. Keith first joined Selective in 1995 as Financial & Operational Director before becoming Managing Director in 2015. Since then, he has strengthened the brand locally and created a strong awareness within the GB market. Keith holds a BA Hons Finance degree, a Postgraduate in Management, and is a qualified accountant. In June 2020 Keith achieved an IoD Certificate in Company Direction.

David O’Grady

Group Commercial Director

David O’Grady

Technology entrepreneur David founded e-Travel in 1997 and led it from a start-up into the Top 3 Travel Businesses in Ireland for flights and cruises. Combining groundbreaking technology with superior customer service and competitive airfares, he developed his own in-house platforms connecting to Amadeus, Travelport, global airline systems and cruise company direct systems. In mid-2019, e-Travel merged with WTC to create the largest travel group in Ireland. David’s new role in the enlarged group has allowed him to concentrate on his first love - best in class, innovative technology solutions. He has developed B2B Online Booking Tools for WTC and Selective, allowing clients to manage travel more efficiently. David has been responsible for creating products which have better functionality in the industry for staff and clients.

Adrian Flynn

Group IT Director

Adrian Flynn

In his position as Group IT Director, Adrian has overall responsibility for IT development in the business. He has designed and developed an all-encompassing framework based on 3 foundations: a finance background, outstanding IT skills, and vast travel industry knowledge. His technology has driven growth and efficiency in all aspects of the business and has allowed our business volumes to treble in recent years. Adrian is recognised as having unrivalled knowledge of global distributions systems within our industry. He has written our fares distribution solution, booking system, front and back-office systems, and much more. Data security and reliability are the core principles on which his work is based. Adrian is a Chartered Accountant (FCA) and joined us in 1994 soon after qualification.

Donna Ward

Group Finance Director

Donna Ward

Donna has overall responsibility for managing, preserving, and strategically improving the financial structure of our business. She has a proactive and collaborative approach to finance, with a focus on improving the efficiency of the operational process. Donna has a keen interest in technology and ensures it plays an integral role to optimising our dynamic capabilities and driving efficiencies to ensure value creation. Prior to joining us in 2016, Donna was the Financial Controller of the Schools Division for the Real Experience Group. She is an ACCA Chartered Accountant and an IoD Chartered Director. Donna is passionate about self-development and self-improvement. She is always looking to challenge herself and learn new things – a reason why she enjoys working in the travel industry is “the challenges are plentiful”.

Glenn Lowry

Business Solutions Manager

Glenn Lowry

Glenn is responsible for the day-to-day operations of our Fareteam, Internal Ticketing, Sales Support and Online Customer Support Team. Glenn joined us in 1999 and has occupied various roles where he has gained an unrivalled knowledge of the mechanics that keep our company moving forward. With an eye to create efficiencies across the business, Glenn’s skills and expertise lie with identifying new distribution channels and cultivating successful teams. He holds a Level 5 CMI in Management. Never afraid to take on a challenge, Glenn project managed a successful GDS migration for the Group. He has implemented various new distribution channels via multiple GDS platforms to substantially grow this area of the business. His goal is to continue to grow WTC into the UK and further afield.

Keith Raymond

Group IT Operations Manager

Keith Raymond

Keith has overall responsibility for IT operations within the business, encompassing areas such as in-house technical support, network operations, and security. He began his travel career as a software developer with Club Travel, where he developed cutting-edge B2C and B2B applications, before moving on to USIT Ireland, where he became Head of IT, broadening the scope of his role to include both the development and IT operations spheres. Keith joined us in 2014 and has a particular interest in the areas of network security, virtualisation, business process re-engineering, and unified communications. He has a keen focus on enabling efficiencies through IT processes and on harnessing new technologies to continually improve our service offering to clients. Keith holds a BCom Hons degree in Management Information Systems.

David Conlon

Operations Manager

David Conlon

David has responsibility for our reservation process ensuring the provision of time efficient workflows to our booking teams. This involves monitoring industry trends and customer requirements, developing solutions, providing support, gathering feedback, and analysing results. As we operate in the Online and Offline space, it is vital that processes align across our platforms and David collaborates with IT and Finance colleagues to design, implement, and update solutions that benefit all sides of our business. Before joining us in 2018, David worked for Travelport for 7 years as a Solutions Account Manager. His GDS knowledge and expertise is unrivalled in our industry. David aims to continue to innovate and provide solutions in times of constant change in the travel industry, keeping us at the fore of our field.

Madison Connolly

HR/L&D Manager

Madison Connolly

Madison joined us in 2016 as a Corporate Consultant, was promoted to Corporate Manager and has progressed even further in 2023 with her appointment as a dedicated HR/L&D Manager. Madison has been instrumental in the growth and success of our talent strategy. She plays a pivotal role in driving employee engagement resulting in highly motivated and productive teams. Qualifications in both CIPD and CMI bring experience and expertise to the table. In addition to talent management, her passion extends to our L&D programme for which she is responsible, ensuring that our employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver our values and goals. She is committed to putting our company values at the heart of everything we do and promoting a culture of diversity and inclusion.

Collette Brennan

Key Account Manager

Collette Brennan

Collette joined the business in 2020 as a Key Account Manager for our Irish clients. Her role involves client retention, growing new business opportunities and working with our internal departments to ensure the needs of our clients are understood and exceeded. Collette has extensive knowledge and experience in the travel industry, having worked for 22 years across corporate travel, hotels, and leisure. Her qualifications include a degree in Hotel Management and a Certificate for the Principles of Developing, Managing and Leading Individuals and Teams to Achieve Success, completed in 2021. Collette is passionate about the onboarding of new clients, finalising travel policy, reporting solutions and promoting the corporate travel solution that Selective Travel Management can offer.
